She is the oldest among the 5 siblings.

Rebecca was born and raised in California. She later moved to Los Angeles with dreams of becoming an actress.

She started training in gymnastics when she was 3 years old. Later she did acrobatic gymnastics. She then focused more on competitive gymnastics at the age of 9 and competed for more than 10 years until she reached an elite level where she had won several regional and national titles.

In 2000, she moved to America’s Championship Soccer as a professional cheerleader, performing with them until 2002. She later starred in TV shows and commercials.

While attending the University of California she worked as a sports broadcaster on the college news station called Gaucho News . She also competed as an athletics Division I athlete.

Her fans are known as “ZamFam”.

In the past, she has worked as a stand-up comedian, appearing in several venues, including The Second City and Improv Squad .

In 2014, she underwent life-saving surgery to have her colon removed to solve her ulcerative colitis problem and had a bag inserted.
